We make living at home a reality for high risk seniors

Supports for Daily Living is an innovative regional service for high risk seniors with complex needs. We make it possible for seniors to continue living in their own homes by providing 24/7 access to frequent, urgent and intense onsite personal support to help with the essential activities of daily living. Services are delivered to seniors in their homes by eight (8) designated service providers that meet approved standards for the delivery of high quality Supports for Daily Living services within the communities of Mississauga, Oakville, southwest Etobicoke and parts of Milton.

Service providers approved by the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network (MH LHIN) carry the Supports for Daily Living Approved Service Provider seal of approval.
