  • How do I apply?

    We welcome referrals from a variety of referring sources including hospitals, community partners, healthcare professionals as well as self or family referrals. Our Central Registry team is available to help you with questions you may have about the Food Support program and making a referral.

  • What if I have no way of getting to the food bank?

    Speak to our Central Registry team and we will connect you to the right services that meet your needs. 

  • What is the difference between Meals on Wheels (MOW) and the Meals In Home (MIH) program?

    There is no difference in the meal delivered. There is however a difference in the rate charged to the client per meal and as a result there is specific eligibility criteria for the Meals In Home program
